Trial Policy

We offer a 7-day trial period that begins not when you make your purchase, but the day you actually receive your order. It should be returned in 5 days after your trial period is over to avoid a $10 extra late fee.
If you purchase multiple mouthpieces and keep at least 1 of them, there are no restocking fees. If you return all there is a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs and Merchant Service fees will not be refunded and returning shipping is your responsibility.
Any damaged returns will be charged a 30% fee.
